Purchasing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs

• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers

• Manage purchase orders and delivery schedules

• Ensure product quality, quantity, and pricing meet company standards

• Coordinate with the kitchen and warehouse team to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier agreements

✅ Requirements:

• Fluent in English

• Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Knowledge of food and kitchen supply chain is a plus

• Familiar with procurement software or MS Excel

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate
