Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibility:

  1. Perform periodic quality checks and/or assessments in accordance with company defined SOPs and prepare/analyze periodic reports based on reported results and provide recommendations for improvement. And report violations to manager according to SOP requirements

  2. Ensure that each employee is working in accordance with the company SOPs

  3. Regularly investigate and report the causes of collector quality problems and propose solutions

  4. Meet with the service desk collection or reminder team on a weekly or daily basis to provide them with feedback on any violations

  5. Work closely with the relevant company departments to resolve customer complaints against the relevant department.

  6. Liaise with company management on daily matters

 

Qualifications:

  1. The candidate must have at least a High School Education

  2. Must have at least 1 years of experience working with Fintech collections and alerts

  3. Required skills: experience supervising, reviewing, resolving conflicts and mentoring team members

  4. Experience in preparing written reports and providing training, proactive communication, problem solving, attention to detail, scheduling and punctuality
