Quality & Safety Associate - Jakarta

Job Desc :

• Manual documentation and listing using spreadsheets

• Creation of simple reports

• Handling large datasets (up to 1,000 rows)

• Gathering various types of data from databases, followed by manual verification through reading or skimming pack comments and incidents

• Analyzing and classifying data to calculate the number of complaints

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and Associate to execute daily operations of the Quality & Safety team.

• Investigate and monitor the trend and the root causes of customer complaints related to Quality & Safety and suggest measures to resolve these issues

• Respond promptly to queries from stakeholders and provide them with accurate and relevant information

Requirements :

• Minimun 1 year experience in operations management

• Have an experience minimum 1 year in a Tech company, ride hailing company will be a plus

• Possess experience in analyzing fluctuations in the increase or decrease of cases, and identifying the underlying causes that contribute to these trends.

• Possess expertise in creating reports analysis in spreadsheet or excel

• Possess expertise in presentations, based on the report outcomes of the analysis

Placement : Jakarta (South Quarter) Contract : 12 Months
