PROCUREMENT MANAGER (Mandarin Speaker)

Placement Head Office - Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics Management, or related field

2. At least have 3 years of experience with the same role (manager) in procurement operations, including experience in supply chain, and contract management (experienced at retail industry are preferred)

3. Understand budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis

4. Understand and experience the export / import process well will be plus

5. Fluent in Mandarin is a must

6. Have good communication and negotiation skills

7. Have analytical and problem solving skills

8. Able to manage team and multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Job Description

1. Searching for suppliers to develop as potential partners for alternative sources.

2. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

3. Analyzing various ranges of potential supplier / vendor in order to support and decide source selection.

4. Generating purchase orders, monitoring, and targeting procurement to be provided in timely need cost - effective and meeting the standard.

5. Work closely with vendors, maintaining positive relationships while negotiating specs, pricing, and deadlines.

6. Work closely with other related functions in terms of raw materials forecasting need
