Receptionist

REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any major. • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office, Guest Relation, or Customer Service staff. • Experience in a beauty clinic, dental clinic, hospitality, or healthcare facility is preferred. • Able to welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner. • Able to handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and daily administrative tasks. • Able to manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and respond to patient inquiries. • Familiar with cashiering, payment processing, and basic sales administration. • Able to explain treatment information, promotions, and clinic services clearly. • Excellent communication skills with a strong service-oriented attitude. • Neat appearance, well-groomed, and professional. • Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. • Able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Proficient in English. • Domiciled in Bali or willing to be placed in Bali.
