Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Manage and lead the restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities.

• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing an Indonesian food restaurant and working in the hotel industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
