Job Responsibility: •Create sales strategy and work plan in order to achieve sales targets. • Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, stock, visual merchandise and store display, operation to ensure the store comply with the policy. • Ensure achievement of store growth and hitting sales targets. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. • Manage and motivate the store staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information (stock opname and sales report). Collaborate with partner to create activity or local event. Ensure the safety of stock, finance and store assets. • Responsible for other tasks that are assigned by the superior. Requirements : • Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 • Has relevant experience as Store Leader/Store Head • Proven experience in Sales/Retail min. 3 years • Strong knowledge in Sales Method & Techniques, Product Profit & Loss • Strong communication and presentation skills • Have a strong organization and leadership skills • Demonstrated work ethic, self-disciplined & integrity Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store appearance, managing inventory, and managing sales and profits.
