Sales Catering Supervisor

Role Description

1. Implement sales strategies that include upselling opportunities to maximize revenue and work towards achieving set revenue targets

2. Actively reach out to new potential customers or clients to expand Oma Elly’s customer base and maintain strong relationships with customers, aiming for repeat orders and fostering customer loyalty

3. Visit clients and attend events to monitor service quality, ensuring seamless and satisfactory experiences for customers

4. Provide exceptional service by going the extra mile to fulfil customer requests and inquiries

5. Present Oma Elly’s products or service plans to customers, aligning offerings with their specific needs and preferences

6. Oversee customer complaints and handle inquiries promptly and professionally by coordinating with relevant departments to prevent future issues

7. Work closely with Admin Sales to generate accurate sales reports, including invoicing and financial tracking, and review sales activities to monitor progress

8. Maintain effective communication and teamwork with other Sales Supervisors and relevant teams (e.g., Banquet, Kitchen) to align on order details, stock status, and customer requirements

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in catering sales or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.

3. Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop strategies.

6. Comprehensive understanding of catering services, event planning, and customer service principles.

7. Familiarity with market trends and competitors in the catering and F&B industry.

8. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or outside regular hours when required.

9. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
