Sales Manager Hospitality

Job Descriptions : • Develop a strategy and marketing plan to achieve product • To guide, instruct and give directions to all the sales team personnel and assist in organizing all the sales activities • Meet assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives. • Build and maintain relationship new potential customers. • Deliver proposal, make introductory calls, and product presentation. • Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and offer best solutions to their issues.

Requirements : • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in ISP or System integrator is required for this position. • Maximum 40 years old • Has experience as team leader • Highly driven person with exceptional selling ability • Good communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact at senior/executive levels is essential • Has wide networking. • Ability to develop and sustain good working relationships with people at all levels. • Have a good understanding of clients’ business nature and need.
