Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.

At least 5 years of experience in sales and running a sales team.

Experience in FMCG industry or HORECA

Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Excellent planning and organizational ability to multi-task within a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities :

Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.

Analyze sales statistics.

Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services

Responsible for achieving sales growth, profit and distribution targets.

Achieve brand sales and market share goals.

Assess, propose and implement new sales channel opportunities that are impactful at a local level.

Maintain and manage strategic partnerships with key partners, and costumers for mutual business continuity to company goals and direction.
