Maintain Customer record account information



Make product recommendations or service to customer based on their needs and preferences



Responsibility in maintaining existing client and identify new client



Call back failed leads & handle telephone



Coordinate with internal team sales regarding to process purchase order and payment



Build new relationship with potential customer which lead to customer satisfaction and generate orders and sales



Contact sleeping clients to find problems and solve them



Offer Slimming and Skin Solution programs for potential Customers and Sleeping Customers



Resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively with product offerings



Forward sales and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team



Promote high quality sales process, supply and customer service
