Sales Representative

Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain. • Lead sales initiatives in the beverage and dairy sectors, achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Monitor stock levels, analyze inventory trends, and ensure timely restocking to meet market demand. • Collaborate with technical and chemical teams to maintain and enhance product quality, ensuring alignment with client needs. • Conduct detailed market research to identify opportunities, improve existing products, and expand market reach. • Manage inventory processes efficiently to balance market demand and supply availability, ensuring smooth operations. • Communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken) to liaise with international suppliers and customers. • Foster excellent relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years experiences in sales within the industrial beverage or dairy sector. • Proven experience working with raw materials for the beverage or dairy industry. • Strong B2B sales experience, especially in selling to factories or industrial clients. • Expertise in dairy products is essential. • Demonstrated experience in inventory management within the context of the beverage or dairy industry. • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, or a related technical field (preferred). • In-depth knowledge of dairy products and their applications in industrial processes. • Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Fluent in English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international suppliers. • Customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships. • Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage inventory, sales pipelines, and client needs. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve sales goals.
