Senior Accountant (KLI-69)

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting & Closing: Manage and review General Ledger (GL) entries, account reconciliations, and drive timely month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing processes.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze full financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and management reports within strict deadlines.

• Capital & AR Management: Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging, optimize cash flow, and oversee bookkeeping for corporate investments and capital structures.

• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal/external audits, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).

• Tax Collaboration: Partner with the Tax Division to review Withholding Tax (WHT) records and assist with tax audit preparations.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide junior accounting team members while driving continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting. Master's degree is a plus.

• Experience: 3–7 years of solid experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (Spoken & Written) for business communication and reporting.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proven expertise in GL management, financial statement preparation, and investment/capital accounting.

  • Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, CIT, WHT) and SAK/IFRS.

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Financial Functions).

  • Hands-on experience with modern ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

• Certifications (Preferred): Brevet A & B, or professional certifications (CPA, CA, ACCA) are highly advantageous.

• Placement: Must be willing to work fully on-site in Balaraja, Tangerang.
