Senior Product Manager

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years in product management, ideally in mobile-first, two-sided marketplaces or HR/Recruitment tech.

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of software development lifecycles, agile/lean methodologies, and AI/ML concepts.

• Data Analytics Expertise: Strong skills in data analysis, KPI tracking, and hypothesis testing.

• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Nice-to-Have: Experience developing for or with LLMs, AI Models, SaaS. or products for HR/recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: Develop and align the product roadmap for the job platform and employer dashboard with market needs, user insights, and business goals. Focus on rapid iteration and innovation.

• Market Research: Identify recruitment trends, user pain points, and competitor gaps to drive differentiation through innovative features.

• Growth & Engagement: Partner with marketing to attract users, optimize onboarding, and implement strategies for user acquisition and retention.

• Feature Development: Prioritize and oversee features from ideation to launch, balancing objectives, feasibility, and user feedback.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and user insights to refine features, enhance engagement, and improve platform performance.

• Metrics & Insights: Define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and work with data science to integrate AI-driven insights.

• Product Launches: Collaborate across teams to plan launches, communicate updates, and ensure successful adoption.

• Compliance & Trust: Ensure regulatory compliance, champion diversity, and uphold platform security and privacy.
