Senior Software Engineer with Java & DevOps Expertise (KLI-74)

Key Responsibilities

• Java Backend Engineering: Design, develop, and optimize highly scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant enterprise backend systems using Java and modern frameworks.

• Full-Stack Integration: Own end-to-end feature delivery by connecting robust Java microservices with clean, responsive front-end user experiences.

• Infrastructure & Automation (DevOps): Architect, secure, and manage our cloud infrastructure. Build, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines from scratch to enable flawless automated delivery.

• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized environments utilizing Docker and Kubernetes to guarantee consistency across development, staging, and remote production environments.

• Performance & Monitoring: Optimize database queries, cache layer management, and system performance while implementing proactive logging, application monitoring, and robust security protocols.

Requirements

• The Multi-Disciplinary Pedigree: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of acting as a true Full-Stack engineer.

• Core Backend Focus (Java): Expert-level proficiency in Java and enterprise frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate). Strong understanding of microservices architecture, multithreading, and RESTful APIs.

• Frontend Capabilities: Solid experience building user-facing applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular).

• Deep DevOps Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience managing modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and robust CI/CD automation.

• DevOps Tools: Expert level with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.

• Remote Accountability: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive within a fast-paced, 100% remote team structure.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
