Social Media Officer

Requirements:

• Proven working 2 years experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist; having with a minimum of 1 year retail brand experience will be a big plus.

• Strong social media campaign skills. Excellent in communication, strategic thinking and problem-solving.

• Creative and up-to-date with social media trends Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and presentation skills

• Willing to go extra mile in professional work

• Willing to work in Cakung, Jakarta Timur from Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

• Quite confident to write and talk in English and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

• Can join ASAP

  
  Job Description:

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy

• Plan, create, review, publish, share new content on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections that increases brand awareness

• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring and responding to comments and messages promptly

• Collaborate with other teams to develop social media campaigns

• Stay updated on industry news, competitor activities, and emerging trends

• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, to refine future campaigns.
