Role Overview

Social Media Strategist at KitaLulus play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s social media presence. 

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the quality and consistency of all social media posts by reviewing and approving them before publication.

Collaborate with the Manager to develop content pillars and strategies aligned with business objectives.

Identify opportunities to enhance digital marketing efforts, especially for HRD and Employers.

Manage content calendars, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating posts across various platforms.

Work closely with the social media team to ensure smooth content creation and publication processes.

Monitor and report on social media metrics to refine and optimize strategies.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to apply innovative approaches.

Job Specification

At least two years of experience managing organic social media platforms.

Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to craft engaging strategies.

Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.

Proven ability to develop strategies aligned with business goals.

Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting social media metrics.

Adaptability to evolving social media trends and platforms.

Familiarity with Google Tools and Trello for project management is a plus.
