Summary

As Compliance Officer, she/he will responsible to ensure organization adheres to legal regulations, internal policies, and industry standards by monitoring, auditing, training, and managing risks.

Responsibilities

· Monitoring laws and regulations development and ensure the company’s compliance with prevailing regulations.

· Conducting gap analysis of newly issued regulations and amendments

· Monitoring and ensure all of the mandatory and/or ad-hoc regulatory reporting to OJK and other competent authorities/regulators submitted in a timely manner.

· Providing compliance advices to internal stakeholders regarding the compliance of product and other company initiatives with prevailing laws and regulations

· Ensuring policy & procedure related to the implementation of the AML, CFT, & CFPWMD Program have been implemented to Company.

· Conduct internal control in relation of adequacy of company’s compliance

· Mitigating violations of laws and regulations set by the government and regulators and respond to possible compliance violations

· Review company's policies, SOP, working guidelines to ensure the compliance based on regulation.

· Responsible to conduct Compliance Training, AML and CFT Training, and Fraud Awareness Training for new employees and refreshment training to all employees.

Qualifications

· Minimum Bachelor Degree from Law, Management, or related major

· Have at least 3 years experiences as Compliance Officer & Risk Management in Insurance or Financial Services

· Excellent knowledge related to law and regulations

· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.

· Strong analytical to interpret complex documents and policies accurately

· Have attention to detail to identify and correct risky practices

· Have collaborative skills and open communication both within the team, outside the team and also with regulators.

· Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines
