Staff HR Generalist - Jakarta

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.

• Experience in employee administration, HR operations, and employee relations.

• Good understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, recruitment support, performance management, learning and development administration, HR policy implementation, and employee database management.

• Familiar with HRIS and proficient in Microsoft Office

• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance requirements.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• High integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Service-oriented, detail-oriented, and well organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily People Operations activities.

• Coordinate onboarding, employee movement, and other employee lifecycle processes.

• Assist with performance management and talent development activities.

• Plan and execute employee engagement programs and activities.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.

• Handle employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.
