Job Description: • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to increase awareness of our services • Develop partnerships with schools, corporations, and community organizations to promote our services. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and track industry trends. • Manage the sales process, including lead generation, clientconsultations, and follow-up communications. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Organize and participate in community outreach events, workshops, and seminars. • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. • Coordinate with the psychologists team to highlight success stories and client testimonials (with consent). Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,Communications, or a related field • Minimum of 1year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry. • Ability to create compelling content and storytelling for diverse audiences. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Passion for mental health and wellness and a commitmentto promoting these values. • Proficiency in english is a plus.
