Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning and Sanitization:

    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.

    • Ensure workstations, floors, and surfaces are clean and organized.

  2. Waste Management:

    • Properly dispose of trash and recyclable materials.

    • Maintain cleanliness of garbage disposal areas.

  3. Inventory and Stocking:

    • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.

    • Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries.

  4. Support Kitchen Operations:

    • Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed.

    • Ensure all equipment is returned to its proper place after use.

  5. Compliance:

    • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

    • Follow standard operating procedures for cleaning and sanitization.
