3. Ensure the cleanliness at working area and quality of service

4. Making work schedules and conducting attendance checks

5. Conduct training and coaching

6. Encourages and build trust, respect, and cooperation among team members

7. Perform administrative duties

8. Provide customer-oriented services; such as handling complaints and receiving feedbacks for improving the quality of work and service (MUST)

9. Willingness to fight extra miles and becoming the last person in the outlet

5. Ensure outstanding customer service by maintaining high standards and handling customer inquiries or complaints effectively.

6. Implement customer service training and initiatives to improve the customer experience.

7. Manage store appearance to maintain a welcoming and clean environment.

8. Financial Management

9. Ensure the store meets health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

10. Implement safety procedures and regularly train staff on emergency protocols.
