Job Description • Conduct information gathering, research, and analysis of the Indonesian market, including government sectors and regulations, to identify new business opportunities. • Schedule and attend meetings, and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and potential business partners. • Set goals and develop strategic plans for business and revenue growth, including researching, planning, and implementing initiatives for new target markets. • Assist in overseeing and developing corporate strategies to support business growth and stability. • Support the establishment of strategic plans for the business (e.g. forum meetings, brainstorming sessions, kick-off meetings, etc.). • Assist in developing strategies (Vision, Mission, Values, Objectives, Strategic Analysis, Strategy Formulation) for both the holding company and its subsidiaries. • Translate strategies into actionable corporate strategy maps, KPIs, and strategic initiatives. • Assist in aligning organizational structures and goals across the holding company and its subsidiaries. • Develop and monitor performance management systems for the holding company and its subsidiaries. Qualification • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance/Management/related field. • At least 3-5 years experiences in investments, merger & acquisition, business development and strategic planning • Excellent analytical, research, analytical, and reporting skills. • Excellent financial modelling, financial data, and feasibility studies. • Exposure or experience in F&B Retail, Consumers, Heavy Equipment, Property Hospitality and multifinance sectors would be an added advantage. • Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and spoken. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills required, as the role involves pitching and relationship building with stakeholders. • Highly agile and resourceful, with willingness to be thoroughly involved with both planning and execution. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Ability to solve problems by considering available information, prioritizing, and making timely decisions, and to draw logical conclusions • Respond to change in a positive manner and willingness to support your colleagues, where needed
