Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team staff to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOP) to maintain high-quality service and consistency.

Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant cafe.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Collaborate with the management to plan and execute promotional activities and special events.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.

• Familiarity with coffe/ mecin coffe/ coffe shop

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve targets.

• Strong knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP) implementation to ensure consistency and quality. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and management effectively.

• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing inventory and maintaining cleanliness standards.

• Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and make on-the-spot decisions.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
