Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking. • Conduct initial interviews and screen applications to ensure candidate fit for available positions. • Manage the job offer process, including drafting and sending offer letters. • Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent. • Manage candidate data in the ATS and ensure compliance with employment regulations. • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to management regarding the recruitment process. • Training & Performance Evaluation Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment or talent management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
