Talent Management Officer

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is looking for the most suitable candidates for Talent Management Officer located in Bali with the details:

Role Objectives: Talent Management Officer will directly report to the Talent Management & People Culture Supervisor. Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process and people culture in the company. Developing effective recruitment strategies, helping the company fill employment gaps, and retaining top talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major

• Two years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks

• Experience in using Applicant Tracking System

• Experience in employee culture engagement activity

• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills

• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent Multitasking and organizational skills

• Attentiveness and patience

• Excellent Time-management skills

• Willing to be placed in Bali

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

• Compile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references

• Ensure People and Culture initiatives are engaging, collaborative in design, and of a high standard to attract, retain, and build the capabilities

• Executing employer branding initiatives

• Ensuring proper onboarding process for new employees

• Manage all administrative regarding talent management & people culture function
