Technical Pre-sales

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to create comprehensive cybersecurity solutions using our products.

• Implementation and deployment: Overseeing the installation and configuration of the sold product or service at the customer site, ensuring proper setup and functionality.

• Technical support: Providing technical assistance to customers regarding product usage, troubleshooting issues, and resolving queries.

• Customer training: Conducting training sessions to educate customers on product features, operation, and best practices.

• Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.

• Feedback collection: Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development

• Documentation and knowledge sharing: Creating and updating technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to support customers

• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, such as product management and engineering, to address customer feedback and needs.

• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, products, and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical engineer role, specifically focused on cyber security solutions (We accept any education background).

• Strong technical skills in cyber security.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to client challenges.

• Proven track record of successfully engaging with clients and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Willingness to do business travel is needed.
