Job Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists, leads, or databases.

Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer service and resolving customer's complaints

Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them to prevent customer dissatisfaction.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements:

Having experience in Telesales/Telemarketing min. 1 year.

Having good communication and customer service skills.

Excellence in engaging customer interaction.

High-driven and target oriented.

Adaptable with dynamic working environment.
