Job Description :





Conduct market research to find events, exhibitions, or activities that are relevant to the company's goals



Prepare a timeline of activities from the beginning to the end of the event



Plan, monitor, and manage marketing relations activities and events that will and have been implemented



Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding event needs (venue, decoration, consumption, technical equipment, etc.)



Conduct an overall evaluation of the event (attendance, target achievement, obstacles that occur)



Look for ideas and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and monitor target achievement at each event



Ensure that KOL & Event management can run well so that the set revenue target is achieved



Collaborate with communities, both online and offline to help increase project awareness and sales performance



Collaborate with related departments/PICs to realize event sales & marketing programs



Carry out aspects of scheduling, preparation, budgeting, event readiness checklists, and execution



Prepare rundowns, layouts, talents, permits, etc.



Inventory and collaborate with sponsorship parties for cost efficiency of event implementation



Coordinate with EO (external parties) in realizing an event



Ensure that each event runs with the best quality standards



Compile final event reports and provide recommendations for subsequent activities



Maintain good relations with related parties after the event



Requirements :

Role as MICE or AE or Busdev in Travel Industry

Education in Tourism, Marketing, or related fields

Minimum 2 years experience in sales or tour planner, especially handling incentive/corporate groups

Communication and Negotiation Skills

Able to communicate well, be persuasive, and have strong negotiation skills

Organizational & Multitasking Skills

Accustomed to managing several projects simultaneously and detail-oriented

Have good relationships with companies, communities, tourism vendors, and corporate associations
