Video Content Creator

Qualification:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Content Creator

• Has voice-over capabilities

• Capable of editing videos using CapCut on a smartphone

• Willing to create content outside of the office (e.g., property reviews)

• Proficient in content or video creation, from scripting to directing

• Creativity and proactivity are essential

Responsibilities:

• Content Ideation: Brainstorm, research, and pitch original content ideas for social media and website articles, tailored to specific clients, campaigns, and target audiences.

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, longer-form YouTube content), images, and captivating copy for social platforms. Write clear, informative, and SEO-friendly website articles that align with client brand guidelines and messaging.

• Editing: Skillfully edit videos using relevant software. Proofread and edit website articles for grammar, style, and clarity.

• Platform & Website Expertise: Stay up-to-date on trends, features, and algorithm changes across social platforms. Have a basic understanding of website content structure and SEO principles.

• Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

• Analytics: Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, conversions, and website traffic), and suggest data-driven optimizations.
