Job Description 1. Responsible for recording and shooting TIKTOK short videos. 2. Ensure the quality of on-site shooting for short videos and lead the shooting process. 3. Work with the team to optimize and enrich the forms of short video shooting. 4. Capable of independently handling shooting-related setups, lighting, and auxiliary equipment. 5. Have creative ideas and enthusiasm for shooting projects and be able to complete shooting tasks independently. 6. Able to instruct models on how to shoot short videos. Qualifications 1. 5 years or more of relevant work experience. 2. Passionate about short videos, a heavy user of TIKTOK, and familiar with various trending topics in short videos. 3. Good understanding of video elements such as shots, rhythm, color, composition, and lighting; pay attention to the visual quality of videos. 4. Responsible and dedicated to video projects, able to complete tasks within scheduled timelines, with strong communication and stress resilience. 5. Possess good communication and coordination skills, a sense of responsibility, and a team spirit. 6. Experience in shooting TIKTOK short videos is preferred. 7. Working experience in beauty makeup or skin care industry is preferred, including editing positions.
