Qualifications 

1. Basic knowledge and understanding of the investment manager business and industry.
2. Basic knowledge and understanding of investment instruments and products. Understanding the effects of stocks and fixed income is a must.
3. Good Indonesian and English language skills, both written and oral.
4. Able to work well in a team.
5. Have a WMI or WAPERD license.
6. Strong skills in organization and project management.
7. Able to work well with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
8. Good interpersonal skills, able to maintain good relationships with subordinates, internal and external parties, especially with relevant regulators.
9. Good communication skills and able to adapt communication to the target audience/target.

Jobdesc :

1. Reporting : 

Support the Head of PSD in preparing RFPs, due diligence, and responding to customer inquiries. 

Monitor product performance against benchmarks and competitors.

Prepare monthly Fund Fact Sheets for all mutual funds.

2. Product Maintenance 

Assist in developing and executing the product calendar, ensuring coordination with relevant teams.

Conduct market and industry analysis.

3. Industry Analysis

Analyze developments in Indonesia’s investment management industry and competitor products. 

Monitor domestic and international investment product trends. 

Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting product development.

4. Project Management 

Oversee task distribution within the team to ensure timely project execution.
