Responsible for all administrative matters



Provide "in office" administrative and operational support to senior staff



Make sure the execution & close monitor of daily tasks



Involve in collaboration with other division

 

Requirements :





Preferably have minimum 1 year experience in administrative role, fresh graduates are welcome



Good personality & communication skills



Excellent with data, preferably Microsoft Office Excel skills



Administrative and organization skills



Proactive and able to give insight to achieve common goals



Detail oriented person



Work well within a team, but also be self-motivated and working productively



Good time management



Have a flexible approach and be enthusiastic for taking various tasks
