- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred - At least 5 years of experience in customer development at HoReCa (commercial and social chains, pubs, restaurants, or mass catering businesses), or B2B sales within the foodservice industry - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills - Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools - Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving results - Passion for the foodservice industry, with a strong understanding of food ingredients, preferably with a background in margarine, cream products, or cold chain industry - Willingness to travel frequently across the West Indonesia Area - Valid driver’s license
