- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. - Min 5 years of construction/project management, having experience in dealership and service center expansion within the automotive industry is preferable. - Proven track record in setting up multiple facilities and achieving expansion targets. - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent organizational and project management abilities. - Knowledge of local regulations related to land acquisition and operational setup. What will you do: - Develop and execute plans for expanding Electrum's presence in new areas. - Identify, evaluate, and secure locations for offices, service centers, and rental hubs. - Negotiate with landowners to secure rental or purchase agreements for facilities. - Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to finalize contracts. - Oversee the setup of offices, service centers, and operational facilities, ensuring they meet Electrum’s standards. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely execution of infrastructure and facility requirements. - Design and implement workforce planning for new areas. - Lead the recruitment of personnel for office, service centers, and rental bike operations. - Drive the onboarding of rental bikes and ensure seamless integration into the ecosystem. - Developing both setup and improvements on rental, after sales and onboarding flow.
