Assistant Administrator

Assistant to the Activity Administrator (Male) Responsibilities: 1. Reporting directly to the Activity Administrator 2. Assist in administration and schedules for Activity Department 3. Assist to Manage Class Assistants 4. Working tightly with the Marketing Department to ensure all events went optimum and successful. 5. Assist the Activity Administrator 6. Quality Assuring through all academies with minimum once a week visit and reporting to the Activity Administrator Requirements: 1. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written is essential 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 4. Bachelor’s Degree or High School 5. Experience in Administration at least 2 years 6. Microsoft office intermediate 7. Must have own device (Laptop) 8. 23 - 30 years of age
