Qualifications: • Maximum age of 30 years. • Minimum education of D3/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • At least 1 year of experience in administration or business development. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of Excel functions and data management. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large datasets accurately. • Good communication skills and a team player. • Prior experience in managing vendor and client databases is preferred. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities: • Collect, manage, and regularly update the vendor and client databases. • Provide administrative support to the vendor team, including document archiving, contract management, and preparing necessary paperwork. • Coordinate administrative needs between the business development and vendor teams to ensure smooth operations. • Assist in preparing periodic reports on business development activities and partnership progress. • Handle data requests from other teams regarding vendor and client information efficiently. • Prepare necessary administrative materials for meetings with vendors or clients. • Organize and store correspondence records and contract documents with vendors and clients. • Assist with billing processes and contract documentation related to vendor and client partnerships.
