Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any majors. 

Minimum 2 years of credit analyst experience, preferably in the Bike refinancing domain. 

English and Bahasa fluency is a must. 

Risk Management to be a strong skill and skills in presentation. 

Understanding the policies and business processes of multi-finance specifically bike refinance companies is a must.

Responsibilities:

Make sure credit processed is in accordance with predetermined provisions and monitor the performance of the Credit Team in order to achieve predetermined performance. 

Observe redundancies in the credit process SOPs and update the SOPs from time to time. 

Collecting new best practices in terms of credit policies from the market and implementing it with the team. 

Prepare data as a basis for conducting monthly reviews of the quality of the credit team in the branch every month.
