Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in the fashion industry. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing feedback, inquiries, and complaints about our fashion products. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional service will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities

• Customer Feedback Management: Handle all customer feedback, including compliments, inquiries, and complaints, with professionalism and efficiency.

• Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to products, delivery, or services, ensuring a positive outcome.

• Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the fashion product line to provide accurate information and tailored recommendations.

• Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and courteously.

• Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Reporting: Document customer interactions, track trends, and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communication, Business, or a related field is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

• Skills: o Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

o Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

o Proficiency in customer service tools and CRM software.

o Multitasking and time-management skills.

• Personal Attributes: Patient, empathetic, and able to maintain a professional attitude in high pressure situations.
