Customer Success Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their HR processes, workflows, and system requirements.

• Translate client needs into system configurations and workflows.

• Configure the system to meet client-specific requirements.

• Test configurations for accuracy and functionality.

• Manage data migration from legacy systems to the new system.

• Ensure data integrity and perform necessary validations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a degree.

• Strong interest in the SaaS technology industry and system implementation.

• Proficient in spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel, specifically using functions for data analysis.

• Basic understanding of corporate HR workflows, including payroll.

• Highly proactive with strong problem-solving skills.

• Thorough and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Excellent and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Expected Output

• Month 1: Understand the end-to-end implementation process.

• Month 2: Be able to review implementation files for clients and perform client data migration.

• Month 3: Understand the client payroll analysis process.
