Job Title: Customer Success Support

Registration and Validating Process for New Members
Maintain Database member
Encourage redemption for nearly expired point
Inform the campaign mobile apps
Target setting for accounts
Support member for the technical issue
Maintain the reporting
The Candidate:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in operational support related.
Positive, can-do attitude with the drive to continuously learn and improve.
Proactive, strong business acumen, detail-minded, and adaptable.
Ready to work in an agile environment with flexibility & owning your responsibility to take up assigned duties.
