Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, IT, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or account management, preferably in a Saas or digital platform. - Familiarity with B2B services and on understanding of business client needs. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide clients through problem resolution. - Experience with CRM tools is a plus. - interest or background in music, entertainment, or technology is a strong advantage. - Fluent in English is a plus. Job Description - Serve as the primary contact for business clients via phone, emall, and chat. - Assist clients in setting up and configuring the product. - Provide guidance on subscription plans, billing inquiries, and service upgrades. - Escalate unresolved issues to the technical or product team when necessary. - Help clients maximize the value of our service by educating them on features, updates, and best proctices. - Handie client complaints or dissatisfaction professionally to ensure a high customer satisfaction rate. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of music licensing regulations, platform features, and business use cases. - Analyze customer feedback to identily patterns and recurring issues for process improvements. - Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
