Finance Staff (Cashier)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Handle bank business and maintain online banking payment information based on reimbursement documents and payment vouchers

• Handle the company bank account opening and cancellation, parts of token management and bank receipt collection to ensure the normal use of each account

• If need, responsible for the cheques collected by the company and bank settlement business

• Responsible for the daily report of the company's fund balance

• Tracking, early warning and clearing up of the company's cash advance

• Collect new dealer information files and apply for insurance code and credit limit in the SINOSURE system according to the information

• Make credit limit add application in SINOSURE system base on business need

• Complete the quarterly dealer accounts receivable confirmation, and send it to each sales staff and track back conditions

• Squire CFO Work Assistant

• Responsible for other tasks arranged by department leaders

QUALIFICATIONS :

• at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from manufacturing industry

• Can Operate SAP

• minimum of Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

• relevant professional qualifications will be advantageous

• excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English & Proficient in Mandarin is a plus 

• experience in multi-tasking

• experience in using accounting software in English language , experience in SAP software and proficient in SAP software is plus

• proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, PPT, Excel)
