Job Description: 

Conduct meeting with project team to have periodical update regarding the progress completion

Monitoring AUC progress and identified into assets listing to be mass upload

Prepare assets listing to be capitalized based on the supporting and evidence from project related

Verifying the assets listing before capitalization with observation and documentation

Tagging assets in physical condition before/after capitalization

Completion on the assets documentation with all gathered supporting document

Alignment with shared service center to manage fixed assets administration

Providing data for audit request related to fixed assets

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree of accounting

Has motivate to learn something new

Having fit physical condition

Have experience on assets management would be preferable 

Willing to have big exposure and meet lots of stakeholder
