Deskripsi Pekerjaan

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Handle recruitment processes (Recruitment specialist)
Calculate employee’s attendance & allowances monthly
Arrange business trip
Handle reimbursement of employee medical expenses
Create HR programs or events

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor degree (S1) management, human resources or psychology
Up to 1 (one) year experience is typically required
Expert in microsoft excel (vlookup & pivotable as standard)
Clerical, attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical skills, complex problem solving, monitoring, work under pressure
Independence, good communication, public speaking, leadership
