Requirements : - Female / male with max age 27 - Undergraduate of Psychology, Accounting, or Management with min GPA 3.00 - Has experience of being admin in commercial company - Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply - Responsible and Outgoing personality - Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills - Spreadsheet savvy (Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet) - Able to communicate with English would be an advantage Main Responsibilities: - Recap and preparing report of human resources activity: payslip, annual leave, employee insurance, attendance, etc. - Handling company quarterly report on OSS and license update if any. - Communicating with relevant authority if needed. - Supporting HR&GA division on keeping up-to-date employee job desc, workplan, and KPI.
