Administrative HR Functions: • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee records, payroll processing, attendance, and benefits management. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies. • Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate data entry, timely reporting, and analysis. • Assist in recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees joining or leaving the company. • Liaise with internal departments to provide HR services, responding to inquiries and supporting employee needs. People Development: • Design and implement people development programs, including employee training, workshops, and mentoring initiatives. • Assist in performance evaluations, career development planning, and succession planning to support employee growth. • Work closely with managers to identify talent gaps and propose development solutions. • Organize employee engagement activities to enhance company culture, teamwork, and collaboration. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs, making improvements where necessary. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong focus on both administrative functions and people development. Skills: • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Knowledge of HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems). • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance regulations. • A passion for employee growth and development. • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
