KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Legal Agreement Review: • Review legal agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Collaborate with legal professionals to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation • Conduct research on legal issues relevant to the industry and the organization • Provide analysis and summaries of legal and regulatory developments which affecting the business Documentation and Record Keeping: • Maintain organized records of legal agreements and regulatory compliance documents Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible for internal and external audits Collaboration and Communication: • Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to legal and regulatory matters for internal and external stakeholders • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to address inquiries and provide necessary information • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectivesREQUIREMENT • Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus • Previous experience in legal, regulatory affairs, or compliance roles preferred. • Strong understanding of legal concepts and regulatory frameworks. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
