ESPECIALLY FOR SURABAYA, GRESIK, SURABAYA RESIDENTS

Maximum 25 years old

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field from reputable university

Minimum GPA 3.00

Have experience operating in a similar role 

Proficient in technical troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

High initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast paced environment

Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels

Responsibilities 

Provide first-level support to end-users for IT related issues including hardware, software, software and network problems

Install, configure and maintain IT hardware & software

Perform regular maintenance and updates of IT hardware & software

Work together with IT infrastructure team (supporting server, network, telco)

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports

Assist in IT projects implementation
