Responsibilities:

Develop high-level game concepts and narratives, particularly for immersive VR experiences. Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize gameplay mechanics and user interactions unique to VR.

Design and refine game mechanics, player interactions, and core gameplay loops in a VR setting. Focus on making VR gameplay intuitive and enjoyable.

Design user interfaces and interactions tailored to VR environments. Ensure seamless player experience in navigating menus and interacting with game elements in a 3D space.

Design and build levels for VR games, focusing on spatial dynamics and user immersion. Ensure that VR gameplay within each level is fluid and engaging.

Collaborate closely with engineers and developers to implement VR game features. Work on the technical side of design to ensure game mechanics and physics translate well into VR.

Oversee the end-to-end development of VR projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Work closely with design, development, and QA teams to manage timelines, budgets, and resources.

Manage multiple VR projects across platforms, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables. Work with different teams (developers, designers, testers) to track progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure the program’s objectives are met.
